Help with your Luna account, cycle records, reminders, and Apple Health sync.

Email mygongqiao@outlook.com. Please describe the issue and include your device model and iOS version. Do not include passwords or cycle dates in your message.

Apple Health

Open Luna Settings and turn on Apple Health sync. After you grant permission, Luna writes the period dates you recorded to Apple Health. Luna does not read Apple Health data. You can review access in the Health app under your profile, Apps, and Luna Cycle Tracker.

Notifications

You can enable or disable cycle reminders in Luna Settings. If reminders do not arrive, confirm that notifications are allowed for Luna in iOS Settings.

Account Deletion

Open Luna Settings and select Delete Account. This disables the account, revokes active sessions, and stops reminders.
