Delete From The App

1. Open AviaQuest and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm the request.

The reason field is optional. After confirmation, the app submits an account deletion request, signs you out, and blocks the account from logging in again.

Delete Without The App

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request by email.

Email Deletion Request

Please include the username and email address used for AviaQuest so we can identify the account. A reason is optional.

What Will Be Deleted Or Disabled

• The account is disabled immediately after the request is accepted so it can no longer be used to log in.
• Active sessions and push notification tokens for the account are removed or invalidated.
• Manual anonymization is usually completed within 30 days.
• When anonymization is completed, personal identity fields such as email, name, username, password hash, avatar path, and current session are cleared or replaced. Public community authors are shown as Deleted user with the default avatar.
• After anonymization is completed, personal identity fields cannot be restored from the admin panel.

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained when needed for security, debugging, legal obligations, backups, research integrity, or aggregated and de-identified analysis. Examples include server logs, deletion request records, abuse-prevention records, and aggregated learning results.
